Sleeveface

I just stumbled over the concept of sleevefacing in the SZ’s weekly column proposing the Internet Video of the Week, which I think is a very neat idea. sleeveface.com describes sleevefacing as the art of

one or more persons obscuring or augmenting any part of their body or bodies with record sleeve(s) causing an illusion.

On photographs, this could for instace look like this (both pics taken from sleeveface.com)

Edit: For some more pretty nice ones, look here.

And this is dynamic sleevefacing:

NB: Sorry for the bad lay-out of this post. I tried to get the two photographs in one line, but it wouldn’t really work…

  1. Very cool. So, what record sleeve would you use for your first sleeveface experiment? I’d probably go with Queen’s “The Miracle”

  2. Nice! Really good tings are often so simple.
